The room is nice. Lovely bath but there was a dripping tap in the hand basin and the noise of the plumbing was annoying. There was only one chair weirdly for a room for two. so we had to ask for a second Staff were great.

What a wonderful stay we had. The staff went above all expectations for our stay. We had an issue with our shower and we prompted staff to let them know. Whilst we were out the staff made contact with us and we returned to the reception were we were told they apologised as we needed to change rooms. Here we were both thinking we would need to return to our room to repack our belongings to switch rooms. To our surprise the staff had already reset up our new room and all of belongings were moved and placed in order. Amazing service x

Great location with safe parking. Just need a bit more direction on arrival on how to get into the hotel from the car park but once you work that out it is a great place for a short stay in the city.
