Villa32@SomersBeach is a relaxed, light-filled 3 bedroom retreat with premium beds, eclectic touches, and a private deck under the gum trees.
More than your typical holiday cabin — this is a space to truly unwind.

The Space
Nestled within the Somers Holiday Village yet designed to feel like your own private coastal retreat, the villa is just a couple of minutes’ walk to the general store café, post office, and the beach.
Natural light flows throughout, with a mix of Mark Tuckey vintage pieces and eclectic décor — and no Ikea furniture. This is a home with warmth, character, and soul.
The layout offers space to come together, while still allowing everyone their own place to retreat.

Bedrooms
Master Suite – a true parents’ retreat
A private sanctuary with a king bed (Sleep to Live), its own lounge and TV, and the front Deck — the perfect place to sip your morning coffee away from the kids.

Second Bedroom
Two long singles with zip-up mattress and topper to create a king if desired, plus built-in wardrobe.
A brand-new single mattress (Temple & Webster) is also available for a third guest or child, that can be put on the floor between the 2 single beds (please note, this is only a mattrass, so no bed).

Third Bedroom
Located at the rear near the deck, with a comfortable queen bed (Sleep to Live) and built-in wardrobe.
Each bed has been carefully chosen for comfort, with premium mattresses and 100% cotton bedding to ensure a truly restful sleep.
No artificial fragrances are used — just fresh air, natural light, and a clean, calm space to unwind.

• Ideal for 3 couples or 1–2 families

Living & Entertaining
The sitting room has a generous 5-seater linen sofa with down-filled cushions — the perfect place to relax and watch your favourite show or movie on the large TV with Google Play.
Or gather around the dining table for a game or two, with plenty of choices for all ages — from chess to dominoes.

Outdoor Living
The private deck under the gum trees is a favourite — a place to slow down, share a meal, or simply sit with a coffee and listen to the birds.

Everything is within easy reach — beach walks, local cafés, wineries, and long, slow days on the Peninsula.

Guests also have access to shared holiday park amenities, including a swimming pool and additional BBQ facilities just a short walk away.
Note: there is only 1 parking beside the villa, extra cars need to be parked on camp hill road outside the park.

Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.

No smoking on premises.

Pets are not permitted.

Please note that this property is patrolled by Coastcom security.

20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival.

No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival.
