The space
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed. You'll love the luxe linens on the new bed with an award winning Koala mattress. There is a built in wardrobe with full length hanging space (hangers supplied) plus a tallboy chest of drawers. There is a small desk that accommodates a laptop and chair, if work is required. The room is newly carpeted and has a window above the bed with plantation shutters. There is a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds. You'll love the award winning Koala brand mattresses, and lovely soft bedding in muted tones. There is a built in wardrobe with full length hanging space (hangers supplied) plus two chests of drawers. The room is newly carpeted and has a window above the beds with plantation shutters. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook up a storm should you need including DéLonghi Nespresso coffee machine (range of pods provided), Breville juicer (help yourself to the fruit bowl of Valencia oranges), microwave, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, full dinner set for 6 people and white/red/champagne wine glasses. Complimentary high quality local olive oil, salt/pepper grinders, stock, milk, water (still/sparkling) and a range of branded teas are provided for your convenience. There's also an effective dishwasher (including Finish tabs), fridge/freezer, oven and cook top. If you so choose, pack a lovely picnic to enjoy on the beach using the new picnic set.
The adjacent dining room has a gorgeous oval table that seats 6. You'll love the gas fireplace in winter and the french doors opening up to a sunny deck in warmer months. There is a ceiling fan and polished floorboards. Relax and enjoy the record player and our LP collection, latest magazines and books/games in the oversized designer armchair.
The living room has a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV and queen size sofa bed couch. There is ceiling fan, split system heating/cooling and polished floorboards. A sliding door connects you to an elevated entertainers deck that enjoys west facing sunset views each evening. There is a large teak dining table with eight chairs and a stylish market umbrella. Enjoy a BBQ while watching the sunset. The backyard is fully fenced.
The bathroom has a double vanity, large mirror with great lighting, shower and toilet. Luxe toiletries (Leif brand), a hairdryer and fluffy white towels/face washers/mats are supplied.
The powder room/laundry has a washing machine, dryer, sink, mirror and 2nd toilet. Washing liquid/softener is provided.
There is a driveway with parking for four cars, a fully enclosed and lockable backyard (suitable for a boat/jetski) with small shed.
