Basking in wonderful natural light over a single-level layout, this home opens to a relaxed living room with fresh white interior and natural tones, along with ducted heating and air-conditioning for comfort; the interconnecting dining zone spills out through sliding glass doors to a relaxing deck and courtyard garden providing the perfect setting for summery brunches before heading out to the clifftop trails for an invigorating run or dip in the bay at the semi-private Coral Cove beach, or enjoy a family barbeque in the spacious deck fitted with a Webber BBQ, heating, an outdoor lounge set and a large dining table with an umbrella.

A fully renovated kitchen offers daily ease with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, double door fridge wall-mounted oven and plenty of pantry space.
