I booked the hotel as to be close to where I was working. It was expensive but I wanted to treat myself to something good. Instead I found something that looks life motel by the side of the road. It was clean but poorly illuminated, smelled terrible and was very ugly and unappealing. How can a room in these conditions be over $200 dollars? The Sheraton which is a proper hotel was almost at the same price! Do yourselves a favor and don’t book here even if they drop the price. The area looks dicy and even someone got arrested righ in front of the hotel. Maybe for $50 it would be ok but not at this price. The staff were nice and good people placed in a difficult position as they understood and it is not fair towards them either. In closing if you are going to charge you need to deliver the product. The Gen X hotel is just a few miles away, half the price, it’s nicer and in much better shape minus a noisy ac unit.

They let us check in first thing in the morning, because we were fleeing a terrible stay at another hotel up the block. Everybody was tremendously helpful and friendly, and our one night at the comfort inn was the best night we had in Memphis.

Nice for Wheelchair accessibility.

We picked a wheel chair friendly room. It was so spacious and the roll in shower was to nice. the only thing we might of changed would be having a horizontal pull up bar by the toilet. Other than that we enjoyed out stay.

The hotel was far nicer than I expected. The room was very clean. The free water and popcorn was a nice treat. The parking was below the hotel, and it was easy to get in and out without dealing with a valet. Bed was comfortable and some of the fluffiest towels ever! The breakfast was hot and delicious.
