The state property many times before with my son’s travel sports team. Save location, close to the expressway. Very close to Mike Rose soccer complex. Easy parking.Adequate breakfast. Very tidy convenience store adjacent to property. Will likely use this property again in future.

Clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here as passing through to our final destination. Although no restaurants with in walking distance just about half mile are plenty of placeto get food, walmart and other places to handle your needs. Our bathroom was a on the smaller side

Bathroom set up was horrible. Cramped shower, only3/4 enclosed bath and toilet area swamped wall paper peeling of walls carpet was stained /soiled. TV difficult to use. Wifi also not user friendly had to get front desk attendant to help. Staff very helpful, accommodating and friendly.

We stayed here a couple years ago and it was really nice so we booked it again. Unfortunately, the experience was much different. There was not always someone up at the front desk, the elevators had a bad smell and the room was very dirty. I wore slipper socks while in the room - they were black when we left. The walls need repainted, there were stains on the carpet, the bathroom floor was dirty, tons of dust in the corners and behind furniture, the bathroom fan didn’t work, our tv had issues. I will note that the counter tops and tables appeared clean on the surface and we had no issues with the beds. The room itself needs updated with fresh paint and flooring.

People make the difference.

We stayed 2 nights seperated by 2 nights at the doubletree by Hilton hotel in Columbia SC. Although the rooms were simular, the service could not have had more contrast. We were greeted by Samantha both nights we stayed at the Hyatt in Germantown. Samantha was helpful, friendly and reflected a person who was happy in their workplace. Tne doubletree people we encountered were cold and more concerned with something other than us as we checked in. My son and I made this 5 night trip to go to Augusta GA. We will do it again next year. We will be looking forward to the stay at Samantha's Hyatt. We will be looking for a Hyatt near Augusta.

-4/5 staff members were courteous and professional -the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, faintly smelled of urine -there were several teenaged boys loitering in the hallway, knocking on our door and running, we didn't feel safe -there was what appeared to be a twig in one of the salads we purchased

THE ONLY HOTEL WE STAY IN AROUND THE MEMPHIS AREA!

My family and I travel to Memphis a few times per year, and anytime we decide to stay in a hotel, Hyatt Place in Germantown is our go-to! The staff is always polite and we can depend on receiving superb service with a smile, clean room accommodations, and access to Starbucks coffee and late night meals if needed! This particular visit, Samantha and Keonna were AMAZING and my sister and I really enjoyed working with them!
