This property is very unprofessional i would like psa the tv didn't work called called called couldn't get no one to answer,the room was dirty the hallway was very noisy people were vacuumimg and out in hall way yelling and all at 3 this morning there was coffee and all in the room but no coffee pot then the refrigerator I'n the room was out ok breakfast no coffee no juice and wat they did have was lots of water in the juice and the milk and only waffles and yogurt and cereal if you ask me this place is very ran down and unprofessional i want stay again oh and they really should clean up better people hanging in the stair ways and all

Room needed attention, paint peeling in bathroom. No basket for individual coffee maker in room. Breakfast was to be provided from6:am/9:am. At 7:00am There was nothing out there, coffee pots were empty. Coffee machine was out of order. It was a room full of little children with no adults

No sheets or towels my whole stay I was very disappointed rooms look nice staff at front desk was respectful and nice love they energy but housekeeping is terrible had nothing I needed never cleaned my room or changed my towels I was told they didn’t have towels or cups I will never see this place again!!!!! Trash was left outside my door from this morning I had to clean my own room of course

Badly kept hotel

Staff was friendly. That’s where it ends. We are budget hotel people and have pretty low standards lol but this was bad. Hotel in very bad condition, smells of musty mold, floors and walls dirty and gym barely in working order and also dirty. The pool was not operational. Also the photos are old and not at all showing the what you’re getting. They did discount our room after there had been an issue. Also not a full breakfast. ALSO lots of people on substances staying and hanging around hotel. They kept us up most of the night fighting/arguing. It was just awful.

The staff was amazing and trying to help everyone. They are not at fault but the company should be held accountable. They didnt have enough towels , wash clithes, or bedding for a full hotel. And that sorta gross. This isnr the first hotel from this company this has happened to.

This hotel was dirty,my room smelled like urine, and people were yelling in the hallway. I was waken out of my sleep several times because of the noise. The bathtub was nasty and I didn't use it because of the dirtyness. My room was smelly,this hotel should be shutdown. In the laundry room there was a large hole in the ceiling. The property says no smoking but I smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway. This hotel was very unsanitary and I would not recommend it to anyone, I definitely will never return to it.
