Torture for family and kids

We got room allotted on 2nd floor. The lift, hallway had unbearable smell of Cigarette (or weed)!! Initially room was fine, but with kids moving in-and-out of the room, slowly the same smell filled the room also. The room did not have handwash soap, body wash, as hotel did not receive their supply (never heard such excuse)!! We felt unsafe in dining area for families, as there were other guests having breakfast with Cigarettes and/or weed in there hands!! Also, the window in the dining area had a bullet mark/hole in the glass (kids were very scared having breakfast).

I was just looking for a cheap place to crash in the pictures looked decent. But when I arrived at the hotel, smelled like weed outside and smelled like weed in the lobby. But it was late, and I was tired and I was only gonna be there for 7-8 hours. Shocker, I got on the elevator and it smelled like weed. Got off the elevator the smell of weed was overpowering. But as quickly began to ignore the smell of weed as I tried to maneuver my way down the hallway around piles of trash everywhere. Smoke detector is hanging wires in the ceiling, bulbs out and loud music and TV sounds coming from the majority of the rooms. Fortunately, I was at the end of the hall and it seemed to be quiet down there. But I got into the room had no toilet paper and one hand towel. No soap or shampoo in the shower, in the shower looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The air conditioner was sputtering kind of cool air. Took an ambient and crashed and woke up and got out of there as quick as I could. Unless they’re running a deal to pay you 20 bucks to stay there, steer clear I did give the staff three stars, not for that that be manager and check me in, but the Night Shift guy was very pleasant and seemed to be left with the duties of cleaning up all the trash in the hallways. I guess they leave it there all day and let the guy that comes in at 11 pm deal with it.

Mold at the bottom of the shower door, tooth paste spatter and other things on the sink, hand prints on the headboard, entire hotel smells like cigarettes and I hate cigarettes. I bought cleaning supplies, air fresheners, and glade plug ins to make myself feel as comfortable as possible. Took my L, moving on. You get what you pay for I guess.

The breakfast had waffles and coffee. There was 1 apple and 1 yogurt in the refrigerator with a sign to not touch them but ask the hostess if you wanted one. She was there on and off. When we were almost done eating she asked if we wanted a sausage biscuit (they were not out). She was nice and we were happy to have a breakfast. There was a place in the shower for a soap and shampoo container but there were none there. When I asked they gave me a bottle of shampoo but asked me to bring it back to the counter which I did. Just didn’t seem well organized.

Disgusting!

This hotel is disgusting to say the least. I don’t know much about the location but the reviews and pictures in the website are very misleading! Do not visit this location by any means. I knew better when we pulled in the parking lot. Then they tried to offer me another room! Are you kidding me!

Room wasn’t stocked with any toiletries. Still had food from previous guests in the fridge. Bed was stained. Something weird and sticky was underneath the tv, totally regret touching that, especially because no soap in room. Pool is permanently closed. Called front desk 1000 times before someone picked up. Gun to my head I wouldn’t go back.

I really loved this hotel. The beds were super comfortable the room was clean, staff was really nice and the hotel is gated. I felt safe. The price was reasonable. I was here with my business staff and they all loved their stay. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and providing a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.
