The water in the shower had one temperature - HOT! We could not adjust the tempature to take a shower. The KEURIG in the room did not work either. The bottom of one wrapped cups intended for coffee was dirty. The lighting in the room was dim.

Wonderful!

It was wonderful! It was so close to the arena!! It had a key lock on the lobby and a restaurant right in the hotel. It was perfect in every way for what we needed. And the beds were comfortable too.

Perfect location if going to an event Grand Casino

Nothing fancy about this hotel. You are paying for the location as it is literally across the street from the Xcel now known as the Grand Casino Center. No breakfast and parking is available for an additional charge. There is a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Rooms are small and in our room the ceiling was rotted from a water leak at some point. This hotel is attached to Wild Bills but if there is an event going on get there early if you want a table.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are always clean. Like the location and parking. Had a shuttle to and from the state fair which we were not expecting but so happy they had it.
