Stay comfortably in our Canyon Lake home. Lovely mountain and lake views! Large Patio with Hot Tub / Bar B Q with big backyard. TV's, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, etc. Enjoy Canyon Lake 3 Guarded gates, Lake in your Backyard for fishing, water activities, etc. Kayak down below for relaxing stroll on the lake.
Lodge with pool and restaurant on the Lake, Tennis courts, Pickleball courts, Basketball courts, Dog Park, Horse Stables, Baseball, Mountain Biking/e-bikes, Hikes, Golf Cart Community, Golf Course with Country Club, RV Campground, Fishing, many parks, and much more. Dreams do come true- this unique, fully furnished property checks all the marks for a perfect extended vacation home! Right off the back patio & yard you are greeted with breathtaking views of the lake and the Snow capped Mountains. Your open entertainment area consists of well appointed kitchen with an island, and a living room with a rock fireplace for cozy nights. Same level deck allows easy access to outside for outdoor entertainment. Few steps below is a bubbly jacuzzi spa and a Bar BQ area. The Space- Whole Downstairs with 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom w Tub and rain shower, full kitchen, Dinning room, Living room, Den with 55 inch smart TV. TV also in Main Bedroom. Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please do not speed/etc All the tickets in Canyon Lake come to me so you would need to pay them. Please let me know ASAP if you do get a ticket. Speed limit is 25 to 35 mph! its strictly enforced!
