We made and paid for a 2 night reservation on expedia for this hotel on our visit to Perris for a wedding at one of the nearby ranches. We were unable to make it the first night but still wanted to keep the room for the 2nd night. I contacted the hotel who said I needed to call expedia since I used them to book the room. I called Expedia who put me on hold, came back and said they spoke to Studio 6 and it was fine to "no show" and have a late check in for day 2 but wouldnt be refunded for night 1. We were fine with that and said ok. Well day 2 we make it to check in between the wedding and reception and our whole reservation was cancelled. To make it worse the entire hotel was already booked due to multiple weddings in that area. Well thank goodness for Amber the desk clerk, shes amazing and was able to find us a room and explained I would have to pay out of pocket and later contact Expedia for our refund.
