We love staying at this hotel, as a stopping place from St Louis to upstate NY. Everyone is hospitable and accommodating. The rooms are comfy and spacious - clean and very quiet. We love walking to Noosa Bistro across the street. All staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you!

It was ok. Reception was slow to get to front desk, check in was slow. She also forgot to write my room on the key envelope. The room was spacious, but there was a broken lamp and the cupboard under the sink was broken. Also there was a coffee machine and supplies. But no coffee pot.

Property is old and worn. Definitely needs a thorough cleaning and update. Pullout couch in our suite was so dirty and uncomfortable to sleep on. General Manager was very kind and helpful.

Great hotel!!

Great place to stay, close enough to Cleveland, 15 minute drive to downtown. Great place, hotel lost power during the night. Made it impossible to sleep due to using a CPAP. Even with the power outage I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Everything was great. The only think that may be upgrade are the windows because the building is located next to a busy road and the noise goes thought the windows making it hard to sleep.
