The staff was friendly except that I had to ask for the bedding for the sleeper sofa. Our shower drain was severely clogged. The breakfast is really overpriced and there is a $5 parking fee for no reason. There is a full parking lot. I feel as if they get you in with a reasonably priced room and then nickel and dime you.

Chose this location to venture into Boston, Salem, Rockport and Gloucester areas on honeymoon. No train but bus or Lyft/Uber to nearest station or into Salem was easy and between $10-$15. Handy to have shops like Target nearby plus various restaurants to eat at. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Large spacious room with fridge and microwave which was helpful. Enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

The Sonesta Boston/Danvers is a wonderful hotel conveniently located close to major access routes and shopping. The staff is extremely accommodating and goes out of its way to ensure the stay is comfortable and enjoyable. It is my hotel if choice when visiting family and friends in the area.

Friendly Staff!!

I thought the staff here was extremely friendly! There is a mini Starbucks cafe that runs for a few hours in the morning, and the employee working it was also very friendly. The hotel itself does seem a little older but my room was freshly cleaned.
