Overall experience was great. Staff was wonderful. Common areas were clean. The pet fee was a little high. Pool closed down twice out of 3.5 days and was murky. They did shuttle us to the neighboring hotel to use their pool. Breakfast had a lot of options. The room was larges and clean.

We were happy with everything. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The room was decently clean. More creamer in room and cups would have made it better. I like the soap products in the bathroom. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts at a moderate hotel I’ve been to. We would recommend it and would stay again. Not sure about the bugs people are talking about in other reviews, but we brought our cats in a pet friendly room and none of us had any issues.

Nice clean large room. Unfortunately the pool was closed the day we were to check out. The kids were very, very disappointed.

The amenities and staff were good, breakfast was well above average. However the noise forces me to take this particular location off the list for a return stay. I was on the 3rd floor. The road noise is far too loud for not even being located directly off a main road. There is virtually zero sound proofing between floors. I could hear everytime my upstairs neighbor did anything, which they did at 5:30 every morning and spent 2 hours getting ready for the day. The elevator ding is absurdly loud, clearly audible from within the room. Lastly the doors slam shut with so much force - making for a very loud and very palpable notification anytime someone on your floor was leaving their room. Unfortunately most of these things are structural, non-fixable issues so I will not be returning here on my next trip.
