Went here for my college graduation with myself, husband autistic ten year old son and my two teenage son and daughter. The staff was so friendly and understanding. In housekeeping Alicia was amazingly kind got us the extra towels we needed an the evening of my graduation she bought me a rose congradulqting me on graduating which was so amazing and kind.

Staff was great. For the most part the property was clean. The first floor though smelled like a kennel. I’m assuming that’s the floor dogs are allowed on. But it really smelled horrible. You could start to smell it on the second floor if you are walking down the stairs. The carpet Needs to either be deep cleaned and shampooed or just thrown away completely. Other then that our stay was great

The first room we were given was still dirty from the previous occupant, then we were "upgraded"(room looked exactly the same) and it still had tv on and trash from previous occupant, but the rest was clean. Pool was out of order, we were told we could use the pool across the street, which the first night was fine they were really nice, the second night the woman was very rude about it, and made us feel she was being put out and that we were unwelcome. It wasnt a bad stay at our hotel, some things could have been better though, like making sure rooms are clean before assigning them.

We were there for not even a night because we were leaving in the middle of the night for an early flight. I picked this location for the proximity to the airport. First, when I originally checked in, no one told me about the parking pass. I happened to have gone out later and while walking by the lobby, I overheard the person working at the time mentioning the need for a pass to be displayed at the car. I did get the pass - which was paid for, btw - but it didn’t instill confidence that if I hadn’t come out of my room after check in, I might have woken up to my car being towed. Also, and the biggest disappointment, the bathtub was nasty. The left corner had pink and black mold. Bathrooms are one of my biggest pet peeves. It was disgusting. I’d be unlikely to stay at this location again.

We arrived late and checked in without incident. Not the warmest of welcomes but nothing negative about the experience. The room was standard but the pullout sofa could probably benefit from a cleaning. The bathtub had visible staining which was highly off-putting. We put a towel on the floor of the tub to feel more comfortable showering. It was already late and we had an early start the next morning so we didn’t bother asking for a different room. Breakfast the next morning was watery scrambled imitation eggs, light on the taste. Unfortunately, not unlike other marriott suite stays but I keep expecting something different when I book a stay. The franchise could use an upgrade.
