What a great place to stay. The hotel is wonderful, and the area in which it is located is beautiful for walking and hanging out. Fernando, Diana and the staff were wonderful; and (unfortunately I don't know her name) KUDOS to the security guard who was tremendously helpful in getting my phone back when I left it in an Uber!! I would highly recommend the AR218 Hotel to anyone travelling to Mexico City!

Convenient location, well appointed rooms. We stayed as a couple in a junior suite and were very comfortable. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Also very easy to get an Uber. Hope to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at AR218 in Mexico City! We booked the Presidential Terrace Suite, which was beautiful, spotless, and had the most charming outdoor space — perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The room itself was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a great location — within walking distance of adorable cafes, great restaurants, and even a cute wine shop. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting CDMX and looking for a cozy, well-located stay with top-notch service!

I stayed at AR 218 for a birthday trip to Mexico City, and while most of the stay was enjoyable, the way things ended really impacted my overall experience. On a positive note, I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday — that was a lovely touch and definitely made me feel welcomed. The room was comfortable, and for the most part, the stay went smoothly. However, the morning of check-out was extremely stressful and left a bad taste in my mouth. I stepped out briefly to grab coffee, and when I returned, my room had already been locked. I had to go to the front desk and wait for someone to let me back in, which felt a bit aggressive considering I hadn’t even checked out yet. Then, I started getting checkout notices, and right at exactly 11:00 AM, housekeeping showed up at the door. It felt more like I was being pushed out rather than allowed a normal check-out experience. I was still in the room doing a final check to make sure I hadn’t forgotten anything — and ironically, I ended up having to return because I had left clothes in the closet in all the rush. That last morning made me feel anxious, rushed, and honestly a bit disrespected. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and I’ve never been treated that way at check-out. Unfortunately, because of that, I wouldn’t stay at this property again.
