Lies lies lies .. breakfast was awful. The same breakfast was provided everyday. The same thing was served. Please change it up. We stayed there 7 nights and we got bored of eating the same thing. We booked because breakfast was provided but after a few mornings of eating the same thing you get fed up.

They gave me a room that had no light and then another that smelled damp and the third was very uncomfortable. I asked for a king size bed and they gave me two full beds. Very bad service

Staff was very friendly, responsive and helpful whenever we needed something and the ability to check out a little later than most other hotels is a big plus. Overall great stay, definitely will be back again when I visit the Historic Center of Mexico City and its surroundings around Christmas time this year.

This is an excellent place for first-time visitors to stay in Mexico City. You're within walking distance of Alameda Park, Zocalo, Temple Mayor, and all the shopping you could want, and you are a short car ride away from places like Tenotihucan and the Basilica. I couldn't be happier with my stay!
