We stayed for 5 days. The room was clean, the service was ok. The bathroom floor floods if you put the shower on full strength . It was also hard to close the bathroom sliding door, it slid open in between. We had to ask housekeeper daily for coffee pods for both of us and remind her to give us milk powder and sugar. They have 24 hour room service but breakfast is not free. Front desk was helpful.

Staff was courteous, but the heater did not output heat, the shower water did not get hot in the mornings (only at night) and overall, while the room and location were good, we were pretty uncomfortable. Additionally, I replied with these concerns to the midstay email from the hotel, but they never followed up.
