The hotel room was very clean and housekeeping did an excellent job. The hotel location was great - close to much of the historical sites. Parts of the hotel area on the main floor does need a bit of repairs nd maintenance.

A fabulous stay. Carlos at Front Desk was particularly kind and welcome. I stayed a week and the hotel really did come to feel like "home." The absolutely MASSIVE bowls of potato chips throughout the lobby as well as snacks and free coffee... a delight. Of course, the pyramid ruin beneath the hotel? Exceptional. And the pyramid ruins just down the street, less than 200 metres? Amazing. Phenomenal location for everything. I also appreciated the gorgeous meeting rooms where I could work with a view. The rooftop bar is pricey but the view? Five star. I'd absolutely return and with a smile on my face. The breakfast was exceptional as well. Carlos and staff like him were kind and gracious, and eager to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was lovely too.

My stay at CATHEDRAL HOTEL overall was very nice. Walking distance to a lot of sight seeing areas. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Comfortable beds. The Pirámide tower was quiet with great views. Had to move to the Cathedral tower for one extra unplanned night. The room was very clean, comfortable beds. The Television turned on but you couldn’t watch anything, zero reception for local or cable programming. My room was at the end of the hallway and it was very noisy. Not because of the busy street and traffic outside. But from doors slamming shut down the hallway especially in the morning by the cleaning ladies. But overall it was a very nice stay. I will highly recommend it.
