First time in Mexico

If you are planning on saving time and money to see the heart of Historic Center of the city, this is the place to stay. There is so much to see near this hotel and it's a great place to come back to after a long day of walking. It's also amazing that history is right underneath you as you walk in the building where you see the Aztec ruins from the glass flooring of the hotel. Your day will start good with a wide spread of breakfast items (we're glad we decided to include it in the booking). The view from the rooftop was also amazing and it was a great place to just relax. We will stay at this hotel again when we return but I would request the Pyramid Tower than the Cathedral Tower simply because that's the newer side.

As a mom traveling alone with my two young adult daughters, this place was a safe, comfortable and conveniently located to explore around the Zocalo area. The hotel personnel was super welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was modern and the room was very clean. Soft beds, pillows and down white comforters. Complimentary waters, sodas, juices, and mineral waters, restocked daily. It was our home away from home for 7 nights. Planning our next vacation to CDMX and staying here at Hotel Catedral. Xochilt and the evening male servers at the restaurant were so kind, patient and helpful. The food was delicious, everything we are was 10/10. Miguel was so helpful with expert tips on the best way to reach the different attractions in the area. The terraza view of Cathedral and Zocalo is magnificent
