Terrible is an understatement. Not clean rundown spiders in room. Dirty shower. Lumpy mattress. Some rooms have been renovated and appear nicer.

Concert trip

Location is excellent for proximity to the Palais Theatre, the staff were friendly enough. The room was pretty clean but the chairs in the one were a bit dirty with one in particular with food crumbs still all over it. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible- could definitely do with new pillows that aren’t horrible and flat and needs a topper or something on the bed.

Still the best location in St Kilda!

An unbeatable position in St Kilda, the Cosmopolitan has seen better days but the positives far outweigh the negatives. Great value for money, comfortable beds and friendly staff make this hotel a real winner with endless food options and public transport really close.

We had a great 4 night stay here. Close to everything and extremely helpful staff. Our only issue was the tv service went in and out constantly. Would definitely stay here again.
