Modern hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, coffee machine and safe, but no closets, just a rod with hangers under the table. Power outlets with USB-A slots and light switches everywhere. Fast shuttlebus every half-hour to/from Mexico City Int'l Airport (MEX).

The room needed washcloths. There were none. The BEST of the staff enthisiastically greeted us upon our arrival and was equally kind when we departed. The rest of the staff appeared to be meeting the requirements of their jobs.

The room was very modern and stylish and well appointed, but the walls are thin and the people in the next room were very noisy, talking loudly and slamming doors. We had an early morning departure so were trying to sleep earlier, but only managed a couple of hours. The staff at the front desk did not seem very friendly.

La habitacion bien distribuida, limpia, luces para ponerse mas románticos, con colcha gruesa para el frio, los shampoo y acondicionador buenos. Colchon cómodo y todo el hotel huele muy rico.

The hotel is very well situated with modern amenities, however the shower had issues with the drainage and the water overflowed onto the floor. The toilet was in a separate room where both the light and fan were motion activated which meant that the door needed to stay closed in order not to hear the loud fan. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful.
