Conveniente location for early or late arrival/departure from the Airport. The lighting of the room it took some used to it but when we figured it out it okay; fun lights. The washroom lighting, that we did not get used, we did not understand how it work but we did not ask for help. They have shuttle bus to the airport every hour and they do not take reservations. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport or more that is what the front desk people said because of traffic but with no traffic, it is very close. Amazing and helpful staff. That is what makes this hotel 5 stars, the dedicated staff always there for the guests. Parking, we had a car and parking went smoothly as well; no issues with parking. The hotel is located on a main busy road but it is comfortable, clean and stylish inside. The noise was not a problem for us. We definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the Airport transport person for all the guidance.

Les urge renovar, en todos los aspectos desde el suelo y toda la shower, cambio de toallas y almohadas muy usadas. Nosotros cada año venimos y este año fue una desilusión total. Solo en el restaurante fue un buen servicio. El primer día me dieron una habitación ocupada, la recepcionista me decía que esa persona venía conmigo. Yo le contesté que venía directo del aeropuerto con mi esposo. Quedamos muy decepcionados.

The rooms are very modern and attractive, but the street noise is the worse I ever experienced, although the hotel is nice, the idea is to have a good night sleep and the traffic and sirens noice was not stop till midnight and started again at 6:30 ( not as bad in the morning but it wake me up)

There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They even have a little kiosk in the airport for the shuttle that’s very helpful and when the shuttle arrives they take you to the shuttle so you don’t have to go find it on your own The property itself is nice just a minor issue with the ac or the stay would have been great. We missed the shuttle back to the the airport but it was a very cheap uber ride to the airport

It was good, but loud due to the traffic but not unbearable. The area is safe and near the airport. Shuttle is convenient and comfortable. I would stay again. The hesitation is due to the staff being a little snobby and did not smile.

The hotel was clean and spacious. There was some difficulty with checking-in with Expedia but nevertheless, it all was situationed. However, the air conditioning did not work well. Even the night we checked in, the manager had a hard time turning it on. Although it was set at a certain temperature, it rose to 28°C/82.4°F.

The instructions to get to the shuttle service was not clear. I've never been to México before & I had to walk all around the airport with my cane ( I have a disability ). I think a sign outside the office airport would be helpful. The lady there was very nice & she got me a bottle of water while i waited. The driver of the shuttle offered some water which is appreciated. The check-in was quick. The front staff could've been more enthusiastic. But friendly. The room was nice & sufficient. I did not like the fact that any one & every one can go out on the balcony & just walk all over. Did not find that very safe even though it can lock. The shower head was horrendous. It was spraying EVERYWHERE outside the door leaving water all over the floor. That was extremely unpleasant. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.
