Hotel is nice and within busy shopping and dining area. Parking is limited so be prepared to walk a few blocks or pay. Downside of room was it was right next to the elevator which was loud. The hotel provided earplugs but they did not really help. There was no remote, so tv could not be turned on the help cover some of the noise. Would stay again just in a different room.

The hotel initially gave me a room next to the lift, and it was extremely noisy like train station. I strongly argued w the staff, at first they said they needed to report to the manager but the manager was not reachable. After I firmly insisted and pushed back, they finally agreed to change my room. It was a terrible experience overall.

I love staying here

Beautiful boutique-y hotel very walkable to Waikiki beach & shopping, but not in the fray. Staff at Shoreline are so friendly and I love the design. I stayed here for the first time on a whim 3 years ago and keep coming back despite the many other hotel options. Rooftop pool, and the bedroom lanai give you the island breezes but feels more private and less crowded than many other hotels. Private, off-street parking is available for extra $/night. Some noise from the street at night, unavoidable in Waikiki so close to the festivities and nightlife. Some street noise and construction during the day, but I am not a stay in the hotel during the day girl, so it's not a problem. I have only traveled solo, but I have seen larger groups and families in the elevators and the lobby, so it must be a good hotel for those kinds of trips also.

Everything about this hotel was great - EXCEPT the floors. The carpeting was gross! They were doing some painting, so hopefully that is the start of a facelift... Either steam cleaning the carpet, or new flooring all together.

I was disappointed with the towels when we first entered the room; they were stained with makeup. No one came to make the bed or provide new linens, so I had to call multiple times to request them. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very nice, and the hotel location was convenient to everything. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again.

Absolutely loved staying here at the Shoreline. I stayed here on and off for a month and half. The staff is extremely nice and understanding. The vibes are great in the lobby, in the room, hallways, all the way up to the pool. Great view from the pool and the speakers up there play great music. Housekeeping is on top of it and comes everyday. I would recommend this place for all! Reasonable prices for a great location walking anywhere in Waikiki.
