Staff was friendly and the rooms themself were nice and clean but the first night there was a club playing loud bass music till 4am. We were able to switch rooms the next night to a smaller but quieter room although the heat didn't work and we were so cold. They sent blankets and heaters which helped a bit but was still unacceptable. The area was not the best but close enough to walk or uber to nicer areas. Another issue was they sent maintenance men unannounced to fix a light but they smelled of chemicals and proceeded to move the bed and touch all the bedding. I spoke with the manager for compensation which I am still waiting to hear back from. I would never stay here again.

The room was nice and spacious and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very good. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars was the very loud music that came from a rooftop bar nearby and went on till 4 or 5 am at weekends. The manager needs to address that with the city and the police.

Location is great for walking around and near main areas of Reforma. It was good but overpriced perhaps because of location. Staff was kind and helpful but the rooms are starting to show slight neglect. Our door was not working, restroom had some minor problems but staff solved the issues right away.
