Our experience was deeply disappointing!
As we were celebrating both my husband’s birthday and our honeymoon, we chose this hotel based on its positive reviews and modern appeal. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues from the beginning to end of our stay.
1. Poor Communication Prior to Arrival:
Before our arrival, I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times via phone and email to arrange a special massage for my husband. Despite my efforts, I received no response. I finally received a response just hours before our arrival from Guest Service Manager apologizing for the delay. However, the lack of timely communication was highly frustrating. I've never ever seen a hotel that doesn't answer the phone or emails EVER!!
2. Room Maintenance Issues:
Upon checking in, we found that our room was not well maintained. The balcony sliding doors were cracked and hazardous, a loose screw protruded from the bathroom wall, and several lights were not functioning properly. These issues were concerning and disappointing, especially for a hotel of your reputation.
3. Air Conditioning Issues:
The most significant issue, however, was with the air conditioning. On our entire stay the AC made loud popping noises and failed to cool the room. After contacting the front desk, an engineer was sent, but we were informed that nothing could be done. The hotel was sold out so they never changed our room. We did not sleep for 3 nights.
