Well-priced accommodation in Mexico City (Zona Rosa). Found the hotel had a great location to explore the city. In a few places, the hotel shows its age. The staff keeps the rooms, the common spaces and the pool very clean. Great buffet breakfast. Would happily stay again.

We had to leave the property because first we were put in a tiny room, and then moved to ‘a better room with a terrace’ but the room was dilapidated- the shower gel had the cap broken off, the hair dryer had a sticky handle, the room was plastered but not painted, there was a hole in the terrace floor, and the room had an ironing board but no iron. The front desk manager was kind and after seeing the photos they dis refund our money. I loved staying at NH Guadalajara, but this was absolutely not up to the standard. Other than the bar, we went there first and it was perfect.

Close to the centre of the city with walking distance to all nearby attractions. The pool was heated, and wished they had a hot tub since the weather was chilly in July. Overall staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Great great great!

Amazing stay! The staff was incredible and the hotel as always is nice clean and in a great location. We came to check out a new cocktail bar called Kaito nearby and wanted to stay walking distance, the NH was perfection.
