This unit was so incredibly rundown and dilapidated a giant kudos to the photographer who was able to make it look sooo much better then its reality. The kitchen was poorly stocked for use, there was no main trash bin, and the lights failed 3 days into our stay. The bathroom shower door barely closed, the bidet was leak if used and the toilet immediately clogged. No light of any kind in the living room so when evening would hit only light was a tv screen. The towels were so worn that we bought our own for our stay as well as our own pillows. The unit is incredibly dated (picture late 70’s early 80’) and the bedroom windows coverings in all three rooms were either missing panels or missing rings to cover the light. Ruined our time in Miami and literally had to reach out to the management company consistently.Only positive is that Jay was very responsive and did his best to appease. Example…no light in the living room…a semi broken old lamp was delivered fairly quickly for one lightbulb of light. It is clear that the owner is not interested in the comfort or even reliability of the unit. Tried to reach them repeatedly for a partial refund to be completely ignore. I think at this point the star rating would be so far in the negative, they owe me a star.
