Con) Water goes from hot to cold, mildew in various places, property not in good condition, smells musky and mildewy, water pouring from overhead AC vent, lots of road noise, Air conditioning not working, Fee to park despite it being open parking and parking being tight & sometimes limited, I had sinus issues and my face broke out while staying here telling me the air is very dirty Pro) Located across the street from downtown Doral, gated, I found staff to be quietly working hard

Property is lacking compared to the area and it is run down. The services are lacking and not really explained to the guest. The front desk never answers the phone so if you want something you can't get it

No body wash in room, staff said they could not bring me any body wash until the next day but never arrived next day either. very busy when u arrived for check in and very minimal staff to handle customers, waited very long time to check in. No sheets for the sofa bed, had to wait over an hour to receive sheets. Not a good experience overall
