Front desk was very professional and pleasant, hotel room was clean and comfortable . I had a short stay before I went on a cruise. Lyft to the cruise terminal was less than 20$ , it was conveniently located near a mall. If I have another trip to Miami definitely would stay there again.

This is my favorite hotel in Miami. I stayed for the first time back in March and now it is the only place I will stay at when traveling to Miami. It is right next to the mall and there are great restaurants in the area, free parkimg and I enjoy my time in Miami every time I stay here.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past few years. Great location attached to Dadeland mall. Staff is always helpful and facilitating. Front Desk Supervisor, Charlie, was particularly helpful during our latest stay. Tried his best to accomodate us when we arrived early for check-in. No negatives to highlight.

Dangerous toilet seat

Toilet seat lid was broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. Unsafe because you slip off every time. The toilet seat lid and bottom did not match so it caused the seat tear even more. The toilet broke at one point and we had to get help from reception in the middle of the night. This is an accessible room. The chairs and cabana at pool area were dirty and unable to be used.
