Great property. The entrance is hard to see but once you find it you will be fine. Valet parking was convenient and the hotel is extremely attentive to the things you need. Definitely will be returning

Very pleased with my stay here ! I’d definitely stay again. It was my first time in Miami. I was there for the Coldplay concert in town. The room was perfect. The bay view was perfect. Very quite clean. Right around the corner from a restaurant I saw on TikTok which was very convenient.

I’m not sure if Hyatt “Centric” means a lower level of Hyatt, or what, but this hotel is definitely not an upscale property, more like a deluxe budget hotel. Places it drops: - No bellhops - No concierge - cheap construction; balcony chairs have bare metal seats, pool area chairs lack seat back cushions, room flooring is bottom end vinyl simulated wood etc - Bars don’t have blenders so forget having a piña colada or a frozen margarita, no wine at the pool bar But, wait!! In exchange for this you pay a $40/day resort fee! Now that’s a pure ripoff given the lack of amenities.

Check in awesome, day of check out was annoying, housekeeping couldn’t wait for me to check out. I told her at 9am that I was getting dressed to Leave I know I’m checking out. she then came back at 10am knocking I told her one moment please, she waited to the room door until I came out. It’s like I felt pressured to leave. And check out is 12pm! She totally annoyed me. And it was going so good.
