While the staff was courteous and helpful, the hotel was very dirty. We inspected three rooms and had to check out due to cleanliness concerns. This property does not meet acceptable standards and should either undergo serious renovations or adjust pricing to reflect the actual condition.Shoild be a MOTEL!

The valet team was great, the front desk team was helpful, the main areas of the hotel were nice, but the guest rooms are in worn condition and seem to be very under maintained. Shower head had several spray pattern options but only one that worked, paddle type light switch in bathroom was cracked, floor in was worn, chipping and had poor gap spacing between tiles in main area of the room and the cabinet that the fridge is enclosed in had a broken hinge on the door that hides the fridge, which made it a pain to get in and out of the fridge.

The hotel staff members were friendly and easy to approach. The room could have been cleaner, as we noticed some debris and dust throughout the room, and certain areas of the floor were sticky. The ocean view was great, just as advertised, and it was especially nice to spend time there in the early morning and at night. The location was perfect—about a 10-minute walk to Brickell City Centre and a 20-minute walk to the Riverwalk. The neighborhood felt safe and had a great vibe for exploring. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
