I had a lovely stay here in Coconut Grove in January 2026. The building is gorgeous with a pool on an upper floor and a spacious lobby. The location is perfect for walking to businesses and restaurants just a few blocks away in the Grove. The room price includes free parking in the hotel's covered garage, a big plus in the Miami area. The room itself was perfect! Comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The host was responsive and excellent. I will stay here again!

I had an issue with the flight for my friend and needed to change the reservation. Expedia said they could not approve the refund without the owners approval. I got the owners approval and Expedia still would not approve the refund. The room was fine but Expedia was terrible. I was required by the Expedia agents to check out of the hotel before they would consider the refund. I checked out and then they denied the refund. This is terrible serve by Expedia.

The room was ok/good. Two issues that required me to ask for a maintenance person to come help with us: fix the balcony door (not fixed entirely as one piece was missing and needed another moment to be installed), and the safe (which took the person 10’ to find a solution for). Overall, you’ll go for that studio to be in a nice neighborhood. The parking is convenient. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good.

The room was impeccable. The bottle champagne and accompanying flutes were the best welcome to Miami that we could have asked for. The $30 gift certificate to Green Street Cafe was the proverbial icing on the cake. We loved this place!
