The bedding had pee stains The bathroom towel had stains of what looked like dry blood The vent in the bathroom was broken because it wouldnt turn off making it quite loud while at night The front desk workers were slow and not real hospitable The room was overall dingy and old Im glad i only stayed one night becuase this place is a facade, it looks nice on the outside but its super dirty inside

I was excited when I booked because the photos looked amazing. In reality, the hotel has been neglected and needs repairs and updating. The main floor was impressive just like in the photos but the rooms, pool area, and hallways were dingy and gross.

Shuttle was completely wrong. Expedia sent wrong info in the email and app. Tried calling the hotel 8 times and no one picked up the phone. Had to get a uber after waiting for an hour. Check in was great. Room was clean. Shower did not turn off for a bath. The breakfast was ok at best. The same items you would find at a lower grade hotel free breakfast for free. Not $25. Breakfast was great. A lot of issues where not staff but lack off systems and quality by management.

Check in staff were incredibly rude, incompetent, and unhelpful. There were 2 individuals at the front desk but one of them was quite literally standing there staring while the other one had to check in all the guests, which resulted in a long line forming. To make matters worse, staff do not pick up the phone. Does’t matter if you are a guest already checked in and calling downstairs or if you are calling outside the hotel with a general question. Also, they advertise an airport shuttle but the shuttle is non existent! Shuttle bus sits parked on the hotel property during regular hours when it should be working. Lots of guests left stranded at the airport not knowing if the shuttle will come or not because staff don’t answer the phone.

I was taking a quick trip to Miami to shop, a part of this was obtaining packages. Prior to booking the hotel. I called to check whether the hotel accepts packages and whether there would be any further charges to accept charges, to which they confirmed there wouldnt be. Since it was a quick trip, I decided to book. So the hotel doesnt charge to take packages, however apparently there is a UPS right next door that packages often gets re routed too, and they charge $10 per package, no matter the size!!! As amazon sends orders in multiple packages, I had to pay over $150 per packages. Had i known this I wouldve just paid more money for a better hotel that wouldnt have charged. The UPS also stated that they have told the hotel to mention this to guests multiple times. In addition, the UPS opens at 9 (ish), and as a result I had to change my 10 am flight to later in the day to be able to get my packages. Additionally, hotel is definitely not 8 mins away from Dolphin Mall. Room itself was ok, couldve been cleaner. Main areas could definitely do with some vacuuming and deep clean. I know I booked a budget trip, but this was overall disappointing for the reasons I described above, particularly as I called in advance to enquire.
