The condo was very clean and well furnished. It is very close to Bayfront which was very convenient and safe. We were very disappointed that the pool was under construction after we had been told it was open. The owner did give us a 6% refund as he said he did not know the pool was closed. We had seven guests and had to pay extra money for 3 of the guests (price is based on 4 guests) but we were only given 4 towels. We came in very late Thursday night/Friday morning and I contacted the owner Saturday but he said he couldn't accommodate with more towels that day but could have if I had contacted him on Friday. We checked out Sunday sharing towels. Check-in and Check out was great. Doorman is there 24 hours which was very nice.

La location é strepitosa, bayside (centro del turismo in downtown) é a 100mt… il Caseya (a 200…. Fermata metromover fronte casa… parcheggio gratuito e molto comodo nel park multipiano nel quadro successivo. Posto auto per carico/scarico proprio fronte ingresso. Conosco molto bene Miami e consiglio questa location a chi arriva per la prima volta. La vista dalla terraza non é fronte baia ma é comunque molto bella ed emozionante. Apt spazioso e pulito. Risposte rapide dall’host. Consiglio

Location was great. Everything within walking distance. Apartment was specious and balcony view was nice. Laundry equipment & kitchenette was a big plus. Entree to the apartment was clean except for the balcony. If the place gets a interior upgrade with some new furniture it would definitely be 5 Star.

Miami stay

The property is located in downtown Miami, we had few hiccups with the property and I communicated this to the host. Philip responds to my emails immediately and had repair/service workers fixed the issues during our stay. It was a pleasure working with Philip as my host.
