Coconut Grove Weekend

Excellent location in Coconut Grove. Parking included is a huge bonus. We had two combined units for 4 people. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. I would say the carpet and sofa starting to show some signs of wear but not horrible. Check in line was long and the hotel could clean the elevators a bit. Communication with rental agemcy was awesome. Overall a great stay!

Very happy with our stay

We came to MIA for my nephew’s wedding and found this beautiful condo. the condo was very clean, excellent location, close to where we needed to be. Our stay was short so we didn’t get to use the kitchen much but appears to have everything you need for cooking. I loved sitting on the balcony enjoying my morning coffee. Only change, I wish the couch was a little bigger, not many places to comfortably sit for a family of four. Highly recommend!!

Long weekend in the Grove

I've stayed in three properties at the Arya and this was the best to date - spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and a wonderful view over both the water and the city. Would definitely come back!

The property is exactly as listed. The property management team was VERY responsive in our needs. On the positive side the unit was clean, the kitchen was very functional. In my opinion, the unit needs some upkeep - i.e. - the bed mattresses could be replaced and some new pillows. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Excellent stay!

This condo couldn't have been more perfect. We needed a place to stay prior to our daughter's wedding and the location was terrific - walkable to Coconut Grove. The check in was too easy and the views incredible. The host was very responsive and brought us extra trash bags when we ran out and also gave us an extra half hour to check out! If I could give any feedback it would be to have some condiments on hand like salt and pepper, but that is an easy fix! 10 out of 10!

Hotel Arya Stay - Jan. 2024

Very convenient location within walking distance of downtown and surrounding area. Parks, grocery, restaurants and shopping all nearby. Unit is 2 bedroom/2 bath. Desperately need new sofa in living area along with two chairs. For a party of four, we had to bring in two chairs from the balcony. Sofa is very uncomfortable. Bar seating also needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Host was mostly responsive to texts - delayed in some instances. Overall good stay and with the furniture recommendations, unit would be great.

Great Coconut Grove Location

I reserved the two bedroom apt in the Hotel Arya for a short trip to Miami with my son and his friend to visit the University of Miami. The visit could not have worked out any better. The apartment was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and extra linens were a big help. As others have said, the location is in the heart of Coconut Grove, just of Biscayne Bay so the best of both worlds, convenience and a sea view with the park steps away.

Messy stay

Great location and space but problems and more problems. Water pouring in ceiling through AC vent, Black dust on all floors, Elevators not working so 10+ min wait time the squeeze in. Construction in apartment next door so the noise was very loud. We needed a quiet comfortable space and this was all wrong.

Hidden gem in Coconut Grove

This property was excellent and the pictures reflected the space accurately! It is located in an excellent area with many entertainment and dining options. The apartment is in great condition with spectacular views. The bathrooms are spacious. Overall, I would gladly stay at this property again or at another property with this host, and would recommend it highly!

Great Location

In the heart of Coconut Grove, this location is hard to beat. The property is pleasantly decorated and the kitchen is well equipped! The large balcony offers nice views of Biscayne Bay. Many wonderful restaurants are within walking distance, so no need to drive!!

Great location. Coconut grove has a trove of restaurants. The host is very professional. Any hiccups were quickly addressed. We stayed 3 weeks. The two bedroom units have plenty of room and nice balcony space.
