Shuttle from airport took me to the wrong hotel. I had to return to the airport and then call your hotel for the shuttle to pick me up. When I arrived At this hotel, the receptionist that evening and the one the next day were excellent. The day I left, the elevators were not working, but they handled the angry guests professionally and courteously. Breakfast before departing was very good as was the show to the port. The room was very clean.

Staff at the morning breakfast is very unfriendly. They started cleaning up and shutting off the appliance and closing up even 10 min before the scheduled time. Only pork available, no beaf or turkey or chicken. No complimentary bottled and tooth paste at front desk. These are available if you stay with Holiday Inn.
