lovely building,location,facilities,and staff. one major issue; next door is a GIANT construction site, so all day serious pilon drilling noise. should be a reduced rate for the north side suites.

Birthday Weekend

When arrived in the room my daughter was received with chocolates for her bday. The suite rooms were big, spacious, moderned with an amazing view of the bay and ocean. The pool area small but cozy with a nice bar area with great food. The beach area was very nice but chairs are set too close to each other. Food in the property was great but the breakfast took too long to get served and check in as well. Many restaurants around the area. The resort is very family oriented and is very calm. Will definetely return.

The room I paid for was not given to me . The picture shows a room that was fully furnished and had 2 bedroom kitchen , balcony ocean front etc and I was given a half of a room with just one small bed , half of a balcony ( partially ocean view ) and a bathroom . The other person had to sleep in the floor , and the TV was a computer monitor . The staff didn’t have a solution for any of my questions and request about what was going on and room upgrade even I had my 10 month old baby with me . Sadly I need my money back because I’m about to write all the necessary negative reviews to this app . I feel you guys lied to me and I paid a lot of money for a family vacation in a beach resort that was more comparable to a camping in the middle of the jungle . I feel disrespected and conscern about it

Very large hotel in a busy area. The towel people on the beach and we’re very good at getting your chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool area was nice but very expensive at the bar. Went down down there for the Super Bowl party, but prices were outrageous so we went back to our room and watched it there. The hotel bar we went into one time just to check it out as well as the dining area and nobody was there. We moved on. Parking people were awesome but again that was an additional fee every day.

Excellent 5 star service

The staff provides 5 star service. The space is comfortable especially in the deluxe suites. We did not find the construction noise to be a problem. The valet staff is also excellent. Car was always there in less than 10 minutes. Only thing is plan on a 4pm check in. They never seem to have any rooms available any earlier.

Exceptional service

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Service was 5 star - everyone is so friendly. Our only minor issue is we didn’t get into either of our two rooms until past the check in time which is listed as 4pm. Parking is valet and car was always there in 5-10 min. My father-in-law is in a wheelchair and they kept his car right up front for him. Just really nice people.
