My bed was clean! There is a kitchen provided and hot warm water in my shower! Just the floor was a bit smudgy and dirty, but other than that everything else was good! Super walkable and near the beach and local restaurants in Miami Beach!

Zero Star hotel

The room was not as described and not cleaned. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, the AC had globs of dust in the air flow vent and the bed was broken along with stained linen. I took photos, but hotels.com wont let me add them. I tried 5 times to speak with the manager and each time the front desk host said he was not there will be back soon. I got an email address from one of the staff to contact him, i wrote to him and sent the photos and the manager still has not called or replied back. I will not be staying at Seaside EVER again.

They made our bed with dirty sheets. We didn’t get towels they charged me for amenities that I didn’t use. I don’t drink, didn’t use anything of this hotel. They refuse to refund my $171. Just went to the beach and back to my room. I’ll never stay here again

I stayed at Seaside All Suites Hotel for a quick business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The room had everything I needed, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the pool and the lovely garden area for relaxing. The 24-hour front desk service was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips.

The room was beautifully furnished, and the Egyptian cotton sheets were such a luxurious touch. The kitchenette made it feel like a home away from home. The outdoor pool area was peaceful and perfect for lounging. It’s also conveniently located close to Miami Beach. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was perfect for us – spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, and the location near the boardwalk made it easy to access the beach. We were also able to cook some meals in the kitchenette, which saved us a lot of money. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff at Seaside All Suites Hotel really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The front-desk team was super helpful and gave great recommendations for things to do around Miami. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly. My room had a separate sitting area, and I loved the plasma TV for relaxing after a day in the sun. The outdoor pool with the sun loungers was an added bonus!

I had an amazing stay at Seaside All Suites Hotel! The room was fantastic – spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The memory foam bed and Egyptian cotton sheets made it hard to get up in the mornings. I loved the kitchenette; it was super handy for preparing light meals. The outdoor pool was a perfect way to unwind, and the location near Miami Beach Boardwalk was great. Highly recommend this place!

The room was very small, however , we were only there for one night so it wasn't that big of a deal. It did have a fridge, microwave and hot plate. We did use the microwave and fridge There was no hand towel, bath mat or extra toilet paper in the room. The shower head was facing the door so when turning on the shower to warm up the water you get a pre-soak. When you open the shower door the water sprays all over the floor.

The location was great, 2 blocks from the beach. The actual room, was dingy, smelled musty, the water in the shower had issues with temperature control, found hair while drying myself with a towel, water pressure in the bathroom sinks was too much, the floors were dirty, and definitely saw a small baby roach in the tub. My best friend and I laughed thru it all and had a grand time.

All in all this is a great budget friendly option for visiting Miami if your priority is to be close to the beach. The room itself is incredibly functional. Having a kitchenette with a nice fridge really changed the game in terms of keeping our expenses low. Our only complaint is that the rooms should be better cleaned at the start of a stay especially in the bathroom where there was hair on the wall from the previous occupants. And the floor was super dusty. However the surrounding area with great local eats and proximity to the beach were awesome.
