Perfect place to land in Miami Beach. Loved the pools, tropical ambiance in the outdoor common area, and the hip decor and art. Cocktails were perfectly mixed and served. Complimentary morning coffee was a nice touch. Room was comfortable with incredible ocean view. Staff is very attentive and front desk clerk J (sorry can't spell) was a sweetheart who suggested my cousin hang out with me at the pool as I had a double occupancy and was traveling alone. I also love the historic front entrance.

Great Service in a Prime Location

The check in and check out experience was smoothe and the staff was friendly. Great access to the beach and an attractive pool area that included shaded regions. There was even a heated pool. Room was clean and functional. Sink and shower features were intuitive. Roomy walk in closet. One drawback was that there was no large desk surface for work.

This is the second time we have stayed at The National. We absolutely love it. The proximity to the beach and to all of the amenities that Miami Beach and South Beach have the offer are unparalleled. We love the staff there and how attentive they are to us. The morning coffee is superb and we love being able to walk out and watch the sunrise on the beach in the morning. The pools are beautiful And the pool staff is amazing. We felt very well taken care of and attended to. The restaurant is very good and we enjoyed really nice breakfast and dinner there. As well as a number of lunch items at the pool side restaurant and bar. The paella at the restaurant is delicious and the burrata salad by the pool is great. We also love the Italian bakery right across the street and being able to walk to Lincoln Road and Española Española Way. Our room was great. Very comfortable and we slept great. We will be back!
