Spotless room, good security. Really enjoyed my stay. Only issue was half the lights in my room didn't work, but my own fault, i didn't report as lighting was still adequate and i was afraid they'd make me change rooms. Otherwise excellent choice and i would stay again.

Checking charged me another $40 to use amenities that I was not using. Lights auto come on every time you go to the bathroom, slamming doors , loud and no coffee or way to get it till after 7am. Ridicules for what we paid for one night.

I was upgraded from a twin bedroom to a queen bedroom. The bed looks like it’s an extension of a sofa bed. It’s really weird and the lowest the AC can go is 68. It’s just overall a weird experience. I called to see if I could get a late check out and they said I would have to call back tomorrow. The only VIP perk I got was a complementary piña colada and it couldn’t be substituted for anything else And so I did not take it.

Pros: Modern hotel with an excellent location near the Kaseya Center, Brightline station, Bayside, the cruise terminal, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Cons: Room cleanliness was disappointing. I had to switch rooms twice, and both had dirty floors with visible stains and food crumbs. The hallway carpets were also dirty. The bathrooms had a noticeable sewer odor, and the shower doors showed mold stains. This place is overpriced for what you get. Airbnb is a better option for the same price.

Cool, funky hotel. Young staff could use some training on how to handle guest issues with more urgency, caring and empathy. Room was great with technology but is a bit hard to figure out. Could’ve used some cheat sheets.

The beds are queen size but aren’t comfortable. They’re I believe Murphy beds. Rooms are small and there’s a small rack to hang clothing. No place to put things. No shelving in bathroom. The showers are horrible. There’s 1 rain shower head and 1 personal shower head. Neither was convenient and we had water everywhere. We encountered beggars and homelessness around the hotel. Didn’t feel safe.
