The hotel is clean and in a really good location but the maid robbed my make up purse from the room, I talked to costumer service to the reception I sent emails and they not even said to me that nothing was found but also they can’t do anything about it because the maid said she didn’t found it this is unacceptable and they never call me or write me back

The temperature in the room was uncomfortably high, made it difficult to rest or sleep. Enquired at the front desk and was told it was an issue they were having with HVAC and to open a window. I opened both the windows but not much of an improvement.

Milano Centrale

I was traveling and needed a safe, clean place to stay near to the central train station. This hotel checked all the boxes and more. Beautiful room, very compact but didn’t feel small, there was everything I needed to charge phones, make tea or coffee, take a bath, watch tv or just lay back and be comfortable. If you stay, definitely have their breakfast, the nicest spread I have ever encountered and I’ve stayed in lots of hotels. Great find, I’ll definitely stay there again.

the staff and service was outstanding. Very helpful and 24 hour desk service. The room was clean and roomy and modern. The bathroom was a bit older than expected but clean. The location is great - across from the train station. We got in a little late and there is a charming restaurant next door.
