If you think you booked your hotel WITH breakfast make sure to triple check as we did not get ours included which was very disappointing. Hotel was very well and centrally located. Good room. Very warm you cannot control heat and beds were extremely firm. Not getting breakfast after I booked it with breakfast was a BAD surprise

The room and hotel in general was clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel did not have much else to offer but if staying for a couple nights it was fine. It is a great location for traveling around Milan and to the sights further out.

The staffs are very friendly and room is very clean. Very close proximity to Milan Central Station. The hotel has elevator and a free coffee/tea and snacks in the lobby. We got a free room upgrade which is wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel in Milan.
