The mini fridge was dirty. Probably my eight time staying at cosmo. I actually prefer the boulevard rooms vs chesla more space. Aak about a different room was told to call at 10am. Of course called at 10am no rooms avaliable which i figured

Honestly not worth the money. My husband and I reserved the balcony overlooking the strip and the fountains for our honeymoon. We paid close to 5k for the week, most of which was valet fees and resort fees. It was $70 per night for resort fees alone. I’d go with Cesar’s Palace instead if you’re looking for luxury. We are okay with paying the high prices for luxury, but the cosmopolitan was not luxurious enough for the price point. Also, unfortunately my husband left about $600 worth of dress shirts in our room. We reached out to lost/found and hotel staff who said they would call us back to set up shipping with us and we never received a call back. I called continuously, and got the same response every time and never ended up being told if the shirts were found or not. It’s been a few months so we just wrote it off as a loss as it is our fault for leaving them in the hotel, but communication with staff was like pulling teeth.

my only complaint is they really should have self check in like most other nice vegas hotels. having to wait half an hour in line just to get the room keys wasn’t nice. otherwise it’s a nice hotel casino in a convenient location on the strip

There was no customer service concierge never answer the calls restaurants were limited in chelsia tower we were staying. Room was very nice and roomy with balcony location was great at 27th floor. No coffee machine and tea in room.
