Been staying at the cosmo since it opened, this will be my last stay. Room Service-delivered in boxes and plastic utensil, up charge for normal plates and utensils. Cosmo moved to Ai service called Rose...its terrible. I have the screenshots. Couldn't get Rose or an operator to schedule house keeping. 3 days no house keeping. Too many corners cut, disappointing. Here is an excerpt from Rose "I'm currently weighing the pros and cons of going on a juice cleanse... let me transfer you to a human in Guest Services who can help you.None of my friends in Guest Services are available to chat right now. Try back later or give them a call at xxx-xxx-xxxx for immediate assistance."

As a local Google guide having stayed at multiple 5 star hotels/ resorts, I can say that Cosmopolitan was a true disappointment! I would give it half star if I could. Don’t go by their paid reviews. Here are the issues with this place: 1) Heavily understaffed: Check in takes 2-3 hours cause they don’t have enough staff. Their automated check in processes just not work! 2) They never disclosed the resort fee. I don’t have a problem paying it but be upfront about it!! Especially when your pool is under construction, I am not sure what amenities you are charging for 3) when we entered the room, there was no water, no kettle, and no shampoo! When I called no one answered the front desk. Finally when I got to them, they asked $12 for a kettle?? 4) Don’t bother with their casino! Full of 3 green roulette and 6:5 blackjack. More over their staff was the most disinterested. My dealer was literally sleeping while distributing the cards! 5) since MGM took over, their customer service has become even worse. They run this sleazy chat bot called “HiRose” which is the most unhelpful chat bot I have seen. It just added more annoyance!! I am a creator on Instagram and YouTube with a following of 150K+, and reach of 20M. I am gonna be making a detailed video on why we must avoid this MGM property in the coming week. Caesars and others are a better bet. Please hesitate to book this place, and think twice if you are reading this review. Half star Cosmo!
