It’s a nice hotel for the price - no complaints at all. Not luxury by any means but it does the job and staff was great everyone was very friendly even though I only spoke English, would stay again

Rubbish service. This hotel doesn’t even have fans available when the AC’s don’t work durning the “cold season”. It was 20 degrees. We had a baby and had multiple rooms booked for our family, all the rooms were literally baking that the baby could not handle. We requested a fan but they can’t even fulfil a simple request like that. Got food on our first day, asked to warm it up in a microwave, they said we don’t have a microwave and it’s the “law” that they cannot allow us to heat food. These people were acting like we’re born yesterday. What type of law is there that you cannot heat up food in a microwave in a hotel? They have like only 2 outlets/ sockets per room which also doesn’t help. Also in awkward places Definitely not a good place to stay if you have a child. As they do not even help to make your stay a little convenient. Nothing to see around the hotel either, better off spending a little more and staying closer to the centre

The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was near a train stations. But there is no shops nearby so no where to get things like drinks except the bar which is pretty expensive. I think it was like £4 for a small can of coke. The only place to get food except the restaurant (which opened at 7) is the mcdonald's which while not far is kinda annoying to get to

Where to start? The property is inconveniently far away from the city center. Is kind of hard to move around if you don't understand the transportation system. At the restaurant the food is bad and the drinks at the bar are bad also. Definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.
