Room was dark, small -staff had left window open and mosquitos in the room. Staff recommendations for dinner were not what we required. Only there for one night, thankfully and when checking out (I had pre-paid) I was requested to voluntarily pay an additional 15% to go to the staff for service. Refused. We had no “service”. This hotel was the most expensive of the 4 hotels I booked and yet most unsatisfactory.

We really enjoyed the hotel Giorgio at the front desk was amazing you must look after this guy!! Also a Moroccan gentleman working in the bar and he also was at the morning buffet was just excellent. On our last night though there was an Italian man serving us and his vibe was totally opposite that of the above two staff which was regrettable. Thanks

Lukewarm feelings about this hotel.

I didn't love this hotel. I thought the lobby was quite cool. The location seemed ok, but it should be noted that parking is off site and there did not appear to be any valet. Check in was cheerful and courteous but a long process. We were in a hurry to make it to a tour and the girl wasn't grasping oir need to get in and out quick. We were put in a handicapped room. So it had all kinds of odd buttons and amenities. Like the hallway lights automatically came on when you got up in the middle of the night but they stayed on for quite a while. The room waa really small, it made me wonder how on earth someone in a wheelchair could actually get into bed. There wasn't enough room to get a wheelchair in the space between the wall and bed. The towels were super high, not sure how someone in a wheelchair would reach them. Also the trashcas was the kind you had to step on for the lid to open. All of these things seemed like an odd choice for a handicapped room. The lobby is super cool and they have can bowls out. It looked like there was breakfast included also. For the money paid , i thought it was way overpriced. The room was small, huge TV in a very odd place and the bed was pretty small. The bed was very comfortable.

They have Air Conditioning that turns down while you sleep causing you to wake up at 1am in a sweat. This is to save money and inexcusable for any hotel, especially at this price. Room also had a BO smell at check in. Would never stay here again.

This is a beautiful property very close to Duomo. Staff is super kind and caring! The courtyard is gorgeous. Breakfast buffet is good, room is small which is very typical for Europe. Would love to come back!

Nice place in a good location. 5-10 min walk to Duomo. Friendly front desk guy! Very helpful. Room had some noise from construction going on close by but did not bother us it wasn’t at night. Excellent breakfast! Lots of selection. Would stay there again!
