After researching on where to stay in Milan for my solo holiday, I chose to stay at this hotel and I'm so glad I did. The main station in Milan is opposite this hotel so it was very convenient to travel to Verona & Venice. You can hear the trains so if you're a deep sleeper you'll be fine. Staff were attentive and helped quickly when requested additional items (e.g. iron, coffee sachet top ups, etc). They have a rooftop bar, a breakfast area & a smokers area on the 6th floor. The coach station and metro is also very close (near the train station - Milan Centrale).

This hotel is fantastic. We wanted to stay close to the train station. The room is a decent size, even with a queen and twin bed. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but I had coffee. It was very good. We will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel with modern decor only 3-4 minute walk from Milano Centrale train/subway station. Perfect if you are taking a train into or out of Milan. Friendly and helpful check-in clerk helped us get our bearings upon arrival and suggested where to go and how to get there. Room was small by USA standards but average sized in Europe. Room and bathroom were very clean with modern decor. Comfortable bed and pillows, good AC (important because Milan reached mid 90s F when we were there). Excellent breakfast with large variety, high quality, good coffee, and attentive service.

This is the perfect place to stay for easy commuting—just steps from Milan Central Train Station and close to all the major tourist bus pickup points. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated with modern interiors. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, featuring a wide variety of options. A standout is the self-serve juicing station, stocked with fresh-cut fruits and vegetables so you can make your own morning juice. Tip: If you’re heading out early for a tour, they also offer a convenient breakfast-to-go bag—just ask in advance!

This was the third location of the iQ hotel chain that we stayed at over the past few weeks. Based on the previous two hotels (Rome and Florence), I had high expectations. The location is within a few minutes walk to Centrale FS which is really convenient. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. While they offered many of the things that the other locations did (free mini bar, free welcome drink, breakfast), it somehow didn't have the same vibe. The staff was more reserved. The food at breakfast always looked picked over, the hallways were dark and narrow and there always seemed to be a housekeeping cart in the hall. Last night there were very loud adult men running down the stairs pushing the elevator buttons on each floor. The elevators are already inadequate for the size of the hotel. Our room was shower only with shower doors that never really sealed so the bathroom floor was always flooded. There is nothing wrong with the hotel; I just expected more.
