Cosy Hotel near Duomo

The room was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, so near to Duomo. Breakfast was good.

My room had a horrible sewer smell, but they refused to change it, saying it was a problem they had already solved. It was never solved, and it got worse every day. Additionally, we were without air conditioning for a day and a half on two floors. They told us the technician wasn't responding, so we had to wait. In short, an experience I wouldn't wish on any tourist.

Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel in the middle of Milan. Easy access to all sites. Exceptionally clean and very friendly staff. Only downside was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
