The room was good, clean and comfortable. Had a very discouraging check in when asking for the VIP perk of 1 bottle of wine had to go through A Lot to get it. Took 10 minutes, but finally found the proof we were eligible, the reception took both my phone and my IPad to the back, very difficult, probably won’t stay there again.

The location of this hotel is pretty amazing, with a lot of options nearby, and walkable to the ferry station. I got the corner suite on the 3rd floor, and all in all it was a pleasant stay. My room was thoroughly cleaned after I left, and the cleaning lady was very sweet! The room was huge, and the bathroom was decent, the big bulbs in the bathroom warmed it up which was great in the cold. There was no noise, the hotel had a nice bar, and lovely staff both at the concierge and the luggage desk. The lifts were a little slow but you could take the elevator down. I loved my stay, and would definitely come back!

Hotel was nice. Not too of the line. But neat, quiet and a good location. Staff was great. Only complaint is the kitchenette was old and falling apart. Every time I opened the fridge I was scared the whole thing was gonna fall apart. It’s in desperate need of an update. Overall I would stay there again.
