oli hyvällä paikalla rauhallinen hintaansa vastaava ja tilava huoneisto.ainoa miinus oli että patterit oli tuli kuumat ja ikkunaa piti pitää auki koko ajan vaikka oli puhallinkin päällä.tämä puolestaan aiheutti sen että kadun kova liikenne kuului selvästi sisälle.itse henkilö kohtaisesti kuitenkin käyttäisin majoitusta uudestaan.
