Milawa Hotels with Parking

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfy and the complimentary breakfast was lovely. I will be returning for sure! 😁

Two Bedroom Unit Lovely and spacious

My main issue was reception. I arrived just after 4pm. The property was locked up and there was no one in attendance. I found a contact number on the booking form and got a recorded message. I did get a call back about 10 minutes later and I was given instructions about how to find the entry key so I could let myself in. There were only a few guests so reception was apparently unmaned from 2pm. The staff said that the booking agency had not given them my mobile No so they could not contact me. I dont know why the booking agency did not giove them my contact No. The hotel room was nice and spacious and the surroundings are very nice (grounds of the old mental hospital. No complaints otherwise.

The property was a short, 15 minutes walk into the main street area. The room was large and comfortable. The availble channels on the TV were poor (not their fault). The only criticism would be the water pressure in the bath and shower were low and the bath towels were small. Overall a very nice stay

Rup the manager was amazing and friendly staff Outstanding hotel Had good Bbq facilities Spacious room great beds and tv 10 min walk to town It was fun perfect base for exploring Bright and Rutherglen, recommend. Lynda and two friends
