The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, included ironing board and iron, coat hangers, hair dryer, crockery and cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge... there were a couple of things broken (non-essential to me) - security bolt and shower shelf. There were dishwashing chemicals, but only sink was the bathroom sink. Room was tidied and stocked daily. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This property is very rundown.We stayed there about six years ago and was very nice but this time,we were very surprised how the property is rundown.Paint is peeling from the ceiling,carpet around the windows and corners is almost ripped,the shower is very high I need the help of my husband to get in and out,in Kitchenette the cooktop is very very dated and pots are all scratched so I couldn’t and wouldn’t use them as the surface is peeling off. I end up buying some dishes so I could cook. Around the swimming pool the tiles are very loose some even coming off,very unsafe.Also we think the property should have a security 24/7 as one night after midnight someone wanted to come into our apartment through back doors on the balcony. We’re very scared that night and very nervous for the rest of our stay. Sorry for my honesty but we’re very disappointed.Otherwise we love where the property is it’s very close to shopping and everything else.

Staff were rude, wouldn’t give extra towels. The matteres was terrible, very very very thin and I could feel the springs while sleeping. A/C barely worked, took 2 full days to cool the room down. Other than that, the pool was nice and reasonably clean. Parking was good for my room. Provost be staying here again.

Place was pretty run down due to age id say. The room was adequet but smelt a little musty. No windows and no flyscreen on door so i couldnt let fresh air in due to bugs. Bed was not comfy. The place was mostly clean, although there was hair in the shower and bath.

I am an 82 yr old woman with climbing disabilities and I was put upstairs. I booked for a double and then phoned them and changed it to a single. I was still charged at a double price as there was a King Size Bed in the room which I did not need. The 20 stairs up and down deterr me from going out several days when I was not well. The room was good but the outside was very shabby and outdated not like you advertise.
