We chose this property based on an accommodation map of mildura and proximity to the centre of town. It even listed in the description that we were 3 min walk from the main restaurant street. This was highly inaccurate and we were almost 8 km from town. The location was lovely and the house was well presented. Not five-star, but mostly clean and presentable. There were a couple of doors that needed fixing, one had a sign from the host saying it needed attention, but the door from the living area to the laundry just didn't work at all. I contacted the host re WiFi but received no reply. We also received a "welcome" text on the Thursday night before our stay starting on Friday, saying that the accommodation would be ready for us from 2pm Saturday. This put us into a slight panic until he confirmed it was a typo. Generally good accommodation but they need to fix the listing and description on the accommodation map of mildura. I've just googled it again, and it shows two locations. One in town and one out at the Billabong ... the Billabong one is marked "permanently closed" so I'm not sure what's going on. Be sure to check location and viability before booking.

We probably wouldn’t have stayed here as the description says it’s 3 minutes to the brewery 5 minutes to the mall. It is a good 15 minute drive out of town, not as it’s described but it was lovely and quiet. The place was perfect and we loved the accommodation.

Beautiful location. Very peaceful.

Very comfortable, easy to stay in and would be equally comfortable if sharing with another couple.Lovely little house.At first surprised at distance from town as we thought it was closer I but that ended being an advantage as it was so quiet and the lagoon was so close.

Fabulous

The property is in a great location, little out of Mildura but certainly not isolated. Grounds well kept, the design of the home was wonderful. The property was very clean, well appointed, spacious and my collegue and myself were able to have our personal space and also work together before and after our presentation at the Rotary clubs which was the purpose for our visit. We enjoyed some relaxing time on our second day in Mildura town central and at the property. Highly recommend this property to anyone.

10 minutes from central Mildura. Clean quiet and functional. The wood was cut for the wood burner which we kept going as there was no reverse cycle heating. It’s a good place for people who don’t want to share a bathroom.

Very impressed, I had my 95 year old uncle with me and this was the only place that catered for a person with mobility issues, will hopefully be back again. One bathroom caters for people with disabilities.
