Parking is a challenge if you come late. Staff is friendly. They need to work on the cleanness. Good, the hotel has a pool but it is small.Overall, it is an OK hotel.

We stayed here before when staying in rehoboth beach,staff friendly,rooms are fine parking can be a little tight could be a problem in the summer breakfast was ok mostly prepackaged but you can find something to eat plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance but the beach is a long walk if your carrying beach gear and thats the only bad thing about Breakers hotel

A few things to note about this property - If you are handicap like me, do not let them put you on any other floor other than the first floor, because the elevator is slow and you will be waiting a long time. Another thing is parking SUCKS! They have very limited parking and the lower parking garage is cluttered with work stuff and junk. The rooms are nice and clean and roomy, but if you are driving I would suggest another hotel. The complimentary breakfast is not that good, so don't even bother. We went out to different breakfast places each day.

Great staff and hotel

I really enjoyed my stay for a week at the beach. The hotel is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was very nice and accommodating to all my needs. Will stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Good hotel

Great location on side street, very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Excellent service. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very limited without hot options. Lady on front desk was very polite and was able to check me in a bit earlier. I would recommend that hotel.

Walkability to shops, beach & restaurant was great. Pool was not clean, safe did not work (maintenance was able to replace the door), bathtub was very slippery & had no grab bars or a mat. When I told the lady at the front desk about how slippery the tub was, her response was that the hotel is old & only handicap rooms have grab bars in the tub. She told me I should have called to the office to request a bath mat. We were underwhelmed by the property.

We had a great time. The staff was very friendly, Ms. Debbie was so sweet at the front my kids were calling her auntie after 1 day. Rooms were clean, we did not do the continental breakfast and the pool and walking distance to the beach were great
