Could not fault it for the night. Room was really big and it had a separate shower which is much better than a shower in a bath. Breakfast was wonderful everything l wanted available. Good value would certainly go back.

Hotel is OK for one night stay the bathroom is clean water is hot. Issues: charged me on check in for the room even though I said that I’d already paid for it on Hotels dot com site. I got charged. I went to the room dug out all the evidence then went back to reception where I was given a refund. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Bed was firm but we like bed. Sadly only one towel supplied for the two of us, So it would not take much to raise the bar here.

The room was spotless and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast could have been better. The orange juice was weak and sugary.The pancake machine was brilliant!

There was a constant cigarette smell at the entrance and into the foyer as well as an intense cloud of stale nicotine… it was very very unpleasant..and made my wife snd I feel sick in its intensity.,we recommend that any smoking area is taken away from the actual entrance to a more remote smoking shelter … it ruined an otherwise decent stay ..there was also only one lift in working order.

V clean and comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast warm and tasty. Sadly the room was cold even after increasing the temp on the air con which was noisy so it could not be left on overnight.
