It was terrible, all 1 stars are very true. I chose this hotel without looking at the reviews because Econolodges are pretty good but this one is rundown and the rooms are depressing. The first room I was given has not been cleaned and it was VERY Humid with a weird smell. The next room was better but still dirty. But the blame isn’t on just the hotel. People need to do better. Yes their job is to clean the hotel but it’s not their job to clean your filth‼️this bandaid for instance, YOU knew you had this bandaid & you saw it on the floor, why not clean up after yourself??? If you’re staying for days, why not ask for cleaning products to clean it yourself. This is your temporary residence until you leave. Is this how you would treat your house? But the hotel definitely can have it looking better than what it is.

Soo dirty, I didn't want to touch anything. Stains all over the carpet and chairs. My room had something wet on the floor and plastic wrappers, a used bar of soap, peanuts and a pencil in the crack of the desk chair seat. It was filthy! So disgusting that I asked to change room and was given one marginally better. will never stay there again. Yes, it is cheap but not worth it!

After I checked in, my card was charged multiple times in the night on my credit card resulting in me having to freeze it. I talked to staff three times. They denied it all and I’ll be taking it up with the credit company. The breakfast room is filled with storage and locked. The breakfast kiosk they did have was never stocked. The carpets are extremely dirty. I was there 2 days and I never saw anyone cleaning a room. The hallways smell like marijuana day and night and there was always people just hanging around in the parking lot drinking and smoking. Go to the Holiday Inn next door and skip this place. Learn from my mistakes!

This property is suppose to be non smoking but when we arrived the building reeked like cigarette smoke. Our room was filthy. The headboards were covered in dust, looked like it hadn’t been dusted in months. The lamps were broken. Our pillows were dirty and didn’t have pillow cases on them. The bathroom mirror had white splatter on it and the shower had hair hanging off the handle. The floor felt like it was caving in. The blanket on one of the beds had a cigarette burn. The a/c was covered in dust and black/brown substance. We complained the following day and they said the room was in that conditioned because we checked in late after 12:30am. That’s no excuse for a dirty room. They did end up giving us a new room which was way cleaner and better than the original room. But I would still not recommend this property.
