blood spatter!

The facility could use some attention! There was blood spatter on our ceiling, our heat in the room didn't work and the tv only had sound on a couple channels. The staff was overwhelmed and I was told the hotel was full, so there was not really anything that could be done. Very expensive for the level of accommodations provided.

Great staff, shoddy hotel.

A place to sleep for the night. That's the best I could say about this. For $200/night, you usually know what you're going to get. What you got here was stained carpets, chipped paint all of the halls and rooms, inoperable TV in the room, lamps that didn't work, and no ironing board. Despite all of that, the staff I encountered were all fantastic!

1st night we came late 1st room we got had someone’s food in fridge. And blood on vent by window. Was 90 degrees in room too couldn’t change temp. Got moved to a better room. Was happy then. But never got any towels at the pool unless u asked for them and only 1 person was happy to get them outta the 3 I saw all weekend. The worker that was polite I saw Friday-Sunday was named Cliff. I really really liked him. He’s the only reason I didn’t give this place 1 star honestly. Other staff besides the lady on Monday morning check out were rude, lazy and didn’t want to give u towels or do anything. Was not too happy considering it was $600 from Friday-Monday. Oh and elevator kept making noises and wouldn’t move at times. So I can say I enjoyed the friendless of Cliff and he was happy to give me towels with no problem. I was also happy with the second room I got it was clean and quiet. And I never never complain but I have to on this one. Too expensive for the BS I got. And I was there for a dance competition for my daughter so I was exhausted too boot.

nice location with a garage attatched. quiet and not cluttered. breakfast was good and bathhouse lbabasic. staff kept food area stocked and clean i did not like the visible stains on carpet and dark areas on couch. but everything else was fine

Our first room did not have heat and the toilet was broken. Second room was missing the remote. Staff was friendly with dealing with that they have. There were mystery stains all throughout the hotel. Will not be back.

Great location!

Very confortable and large rooms, could use some updates. Staff was a bit overwhelmed by the convention crowd in town for Adepticon, and cleaning suffered a bit for that.
