I’d stay here again

Breakfast spread was great, coffee was meh, bed super comfortable. I used the gym, pretty decent for my simple routine.

Bad Things and Good Things

The inside of the building and the rooms need some updating. Carpets were stained and dirty. Rooms are VERY small. Front desk didn’t seem to be enjoying their job. Told us we had to pay a deposit, handed us the key and that was that. Poop area also could use some updates and the whirlpool needs a good cleaning. The beds were very comfortable and the air worked great! Nice central location in the city with lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Parking is in a city enforced lot just around the corner.

Staff was friendly. Room was very small, right next to the elevator facing the street. VERY outdated! Very noisy in the evening. Room had no dressers with drawers at all. Only 2 plugs on one side of the bed to use. 4 plugs in the bathroom? Safe was broken, breakfast with fair options of food and beverages. It was conveniently located to where we needed to be, but I would not stay there again.

Disappointing

Front desk was rude. We tried to check in early and couldn't, which is understandable; however, when we went back an hour later, they told us the room we booked was unavailable. We were given a room where we couldnt even share a bed. Then charged $45 more without explanation. The room itself was old, outdated, and uncomfortable.

Great trip and stay at the Hampton Inn. Location was great staff very helpful and pleasant. Everyone working had smiles and would ask if you needed something before you had to ask. Rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious and mostly updated. Will book again.

The parking lot was a little confusing but we figured it out besides that good experience good breakfast buffet and convenient restaurants and taverns all over. Short walking distance to Most places. Rooms were clean and quiet.
